You can easily choose which Zappi you’d like to have installed and whether or not you’d like accessories, such as a charging station stand.

You can choose an installer based on your province. The estimated installation cost is listed right there. Once you’ve selected an installer of your choice, the installer will be notified to review the estimated cost and prepare a final quote.

The Installation

Do you agree to the final quote? If so, the installer will work with you to schedule a convenient date to carry out the installation. On average, the installation takes place within 3 weeks.

Do I buy my Zappi directly from myenergi?

No. You don't buy directly from myenergi, but from one of our partners, who also developed the quote tool. Installation, billing, and support will be handled by Chargecars and the certified installer you choose.

I have a question about the quote I received.

As soon as you click “Accept” when you receive your quote, your information will be forwarded to that installer, and they will contact you to discuss the quote, answer any questions you may have, and schedule an installation date. If you have any questions about the price or other quote-related matters, the installer can answer them for you.

I've already bought a Zappi—can I use the tool just to handle the installation?

No, unfortunately that's not possible. The tool is intended for installation that includes the purchase of a Zappi. If you need help finding an installer for installation only, please use our“Find an Installer”map.

Why do I need to provide photos/videos to get a quote?

There are many factors the installer needs to know in order to provide you with the most accurate quote possible. Without this information, the price will only be an estimate. All you need to do is provide a few photos or videos of your fuse box, electric meter, and the location where you want the Zappi installed.
