Once you click "accept" when you receive your quote, your information will be passed on to that installer and they will contact you to discuss the quote, answer any questions and arrange a date for installation. Should you have any questions about the price or other quote related questions the installer can answer them for you.
No this is unfortunately not possible. The tool is intended for installation including the purchase of a zappi. If you need help finding an installer for installation only, please use our "find an installer" map.
There are many factors the installer needs to know in order to give you the most accurate quote possible. Without this information, the price will only be an estimate. You just need to provide some photos/videos of your fuse box, electricity meter, the place where you want the zappi installed.
