- Public Liability, Employer’s Liability, and Professional Indemnity insurance
- myenergi training completed

Before completing this application form, please ensure that you have the following information readily available for your company or organisation and all associated installers. While we do not require evidence at this stage, you should be prepared to provide details on the following:
- Company Information: Contact details, company registration number, etc.
- Competent Persons Scheme Membership: Details such as NICEIC, NAPIT, MCS, etc.
- Installer Competencies: Qualifications such as 18th Edition, EAL, LCL, C&G AM2, 2391, etc.
- Insurance Policies: Public Liability, Employer’s Liability, and Professional Indemnity.
- myenergi Training: Previous training completed by each installer.
- Workmanship Warranty: Knowledge of the warranty period provided for completed work.
