Installer information audit

This form should take around 5-10 minutes to complete dependent on the number of installers you are submitting information for. Before proceeding please ensure you have the below documentation ready for uploading to the form: –

Company information (e.g. contact details, company number)
Individual installer information (e.g. full names, email address)

Company insurance(s) – Public Liability, Employer Liability & Professional Indemnity
Competent persons scheme certificates
(NICEIC / NAPIT / MCS)
Proof of competency for each installer 
(e.g. 18th Edition, AM2, 2391)
Previous myenergi Training certification for each installer 
(e.g. approval certificates, product training certs)

If you select no to joining the Authorised Subcontractor Scheme, thats no problem. However to remain on our system as a Product Champion, we will still require you to update your information so that we can validate everything is up to date.

To access our Authorised Subcontractor Scheme, you must hold the following types and level of insurance (as a minimum):

£5,000,000 Public Liability Insurance cover
£5,000,000 Employer Liability insurance cover
£250,000 Professional Indemnity insurance cover
