zappi Extended Warranty

Get additional peace of mind. We are confident in the quality of our products, which is why we offer the option to extend the standard 3-year warranty to a total of 5 years, available for both zappi 2.1 and zappi GLO.

To qualify for the extended warranty, the purchase must be made no more than 3-months after your original warranty expiration date. This ensures uninterrupted coverage and continued support for your zappi unit.

With the extended warranty, you will still receive:

• A replacement unit if required, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Coverage for an installer visit, if necessary, to resolve any issues.
• Protect your investment and enjoy worry-free charging with extended warranty.

⚠️ Before purchasing, please ensure the following: 

• Your zappi 2.1 or zappi GLO is currently no more than 3 months after your standard warranty period expires 

• You are eligible to extend your warranty (purchase must be made no later than 3 months after your original warranty expiry date) 

• You do not already hold an extended warranty for the same device 

Please note: 

• Extended warranties cannot be stacked or purchased more than once for the same device 

• Purchases made outside of the eligibility window, or duplicate warranty purchases, may be cancelled and refunded
