Promotion Terms

The promoter of this prize draw promotion (“Promotion”) is myenergi Ltd (we, us and our). We are a limited company, registered in England. Our registered company number is 10261262, and our registered office is at Pioneer Business Park, Faraday Way, Stallingborough, Grimsby DN41 8FF.
The Promotion is open to anyone aged 18 years or over and resident in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) only. Officers, employees, agents and contractors of myenergi, anyone professionally associated with this Promotion, and members of the respective families and households of any of the foregoing are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
The Promotion is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person is allowed.
To enter the Promotion, you will need to correctly answer three questions during the Promotion period as set out in condition 6. Your answers can be submitted via the link https://www.myenergi.com/libbi-questionnaire/or a QR code available at our stand during the Solar and Storage UK 2023 (“myenergi Stand”). While completing your questions, we will ask you for your name and a valid email address or phone number so that we can contact you in case of winning.
You can use our tablets available at myenergi Stand to submit your answers. However, we accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
The Promotion period is between 9:00 on 17th October 2023 and 17:00 on 19th October 2023. Entries received after this period will be discounted.
By participating in the Promotion, you will be deemed to accept these terms, together with all entry instructions, which form part of these terms. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process for, or the operation of, the Promotion, or whose conduct is in breach of these terms, contrary to the spirit of these terms or the intention of the Promotion, or might, in our reasonable opinion, bring us, any of our affiliates or any of our or their respective brands into disrepute.
The first qualifying entry form drawn at random will determine the Prize winner (“Winner”). The random draw will be performed by a computer process on 27/10/23. The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 2 hours of the draw and must provide a postal address to claim the Prize.
We will make all reasonable attempts to contact the winner by email or telephone, but if we do not receive a response to claim the Prize within 48 hours of the draw or the Winner doesn’t accept the Prize for any reasons, we reserve the right to redraw, from all qualifying entries originally received, another Winner in place of the original Winner or to forfeit the Prize altogether, without liability to the Winner.
The Winner will receive a selection of myenergi branded merchandise, together with 1 x Wexa Torque set and 1 x Wexa Wartung set. (“Prize”).
The Prize cannot be refunded or exchanged for currency or any form of alternative prize.
The Prize will be posted to the Winner and is provided on an ‘as is’ basis and is non-negotiable. We reserve the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so.
We reserve the right not to award the Prize or to seek the return of the Prize awarded in the event that the Winner is not entitled to receive it in accordance with applicable law (even though you are solely responsible for ensuring that you are entitled to receive the Prize if you win) or if we have cause to disqualify the Winner in accordance with condition 7.
The Winner is solely responsible for any costs associated with the use of the Prize.
The Winner is solely responsible for all use made of the Prize. Subject to condition 20 and except as expressly provided in these terms, no representations, warranties, conditions or other terms are made, given or accepted by us and no other terms shall apply, as between us and any person, in relation to the Prize, including without limitation any terms as to suitably, reliability, satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose, or any other implied terms, all of which we exclude to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation we will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails administration@myenergi.com or writes to myenergi, Pioneer Business Park, Faraday Way, Stallingborough, Grimsby DN41 8FF (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within 60 days after the closing date stated in condition 6.
If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the us at administration@myenergi.com. In such circumstances, we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
You agree that our decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
We reserve the right, in exceptional circumstances, to vary, amend or withdraw the Promotion on reasonable notice.
Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability to you for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that, by law, may not be limited or excluded. Subject to this, in no event shall we be liable to you for any loss, damage or disappointment suffered as a result of your entering (or inability to enter) the Promotion or your acceptance or non-acceptance of the Prize if you win.
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in our privacy policy (https://www.myenergi.com/terms-and-conditions/privacy-policy/#:~:text=We%20may%20collect%20the%20following,with%20your%20accounts%20or%20order). See also conditions 16 and 17 with regard to the announcement of winners.
These terms and the Promotion shall be governed by English law and entrants to the Promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
