Demand for our products and support services has grown significantly with the rise in solar, EV, and home energy adoption, so wait times currently range from 5 to 50 minutes, and can be longer during peak periods. We know that&#8217;s not ideal, and we&#8217;re working hard to improve this. This can be found in the myenergi app, or physically on the device itself. For zappi GLO, if you&#8217;re unable to view the serial number via the app, you can remove the front fascia to locate it, no tools are required.
