This also applies to buildings undergoing a change of use to a residential building.\u00a0In addition, any residential building under major renovation, with more than 10 parking spaces should have at least one EV chargepoint and\u00a0cable routes in every parking space.<\/li>\n<li>For non-residential buildings \u2013 every new non-residential building and non-residential building under major renovation, with more than 10 car parking spaces\u00a0will need\u00a0to have at least one electric vehicle\u00a0chargepoint and cable routes for every one-in-five spaces.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Existing\u00a0non-residential\u00a0buildings\u00a0\u00a0\u2013\u00a0\u00a0every\u00a0existing\u00a0non-residential building, with more than 20 car parking spaces, will need\u00a0at least one chargepoint,\u00a0applicable from 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n\n                    <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<div
